✔ Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the item has not yet shipped.
If the order has entered the shipping process, cancellation is no longer possible.

✔ Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges (within 30 days)
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn, unused, and free from visible wear
- Returned with all original packaging and tags
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless the item arrives with a manufacturing defect or quality issue.
Eligible product types include rings, bracelets, necklaces, and earrings (unworn only, for hygiene reasons).

- Exchange for an item of equal or lesser value
- Refund to your original payment method
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Earrings that have been worn
- Items purchased with a gift card
- Final-sale, clearance, or marked non-returnable items
- Individual items from a bundled set (must be returned as a complete set)
- Customized or personalized items (unless defective)
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration not caused by Silvbreeze
These exclusions protect product hygiene, safety, and fairness for all customers.
🛡 2-Year No-Tarnish Warranty
All Silvbreeze jewelry is covered by a 2-Year No-Tarnish Warranty.
If your piece shows visible tarnishing within 24 months under normal use, we will repair or replace it at no cost, provided it meets the conditions above.
💌 How to Start a Return or Exchange
To begin your return or exchange, please contact Customer Care:

- Photos of the item (front, back, and issue areas)
- Photo of the packaging
Please do not ship any items before receiving the confirmed return address from our team.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
💳 Refund Processing
Refunds are usually processed within 10–15 business days after your return is approved.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be required.

🚚 Return Shipping Responsibility
- Return shipping costs—including international taxes and customs fees—are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Please use a shipping method that provides tracking.
- Cash-on-delivery (COD) return shipments are not accepted.
🌍 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Orders delivered to the European Union are entitled to a 14-day cancellation period for any reason.
Items must remain unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
