✅ What’s Eligible
Silvbreeze accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for jewelry that is in brand-new condition, free from visible signs of wear, and returned with its original packaging. Eligible items include:
● Rings
● Bracelets
● Necklaces
Earrings (unworn only, due to hygiene and safety reasons)
To qualify:
● Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
● You can request an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value, or receive a full
refund to your original payment method.
🛡 Warranty-Based Returns
All Silvbreeze jewelry is covered by our 2-Year No-Tarnish Warranty.
If your piece shows visible tarnishing within 24 months under normal use, we will repair or replace it free of charge, provided it meets the same return standards listed above.
🚫 Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
● Earrings that have been worn (for hygiene reasons)
● Items purchased using a gift card
● Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable
● Individual pieces from a bundled set (must be returned as a complete set)
