At Silvbreeze, every order is processed promptly and shipped using the most reliable delivery method available for your region. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders worldwide.

U.S. Delivery (selected items)

Delivery within 3–7 business days, excluding remote areas such as Alaska and Hawaii.
Products eligible for U.S. domestic delivery times will be clearly indicated on the product detail page.

International Delivery

Most international orders arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on destination and local customs processing.
Some regions may require additional time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We want you to love your Silvbreeze jewelry. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

✔ Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges (within 30 days)

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unused, and free from visible wear

  • Returned with all original packaging and tags

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items with obvious manufacturing defects or quality issues are eligible for a full refund or replacement, even for customized items.

Eligible product types include rings, bracelets, necklaces, and earrings (unworn only, due to hygiene and safety reasons)

  • Exchange for an item of equal or lesser value

  • Refund to your original payment method

🚫 Non-Returnable Items (Not Eligible for 30-Day Returns)

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange, regardless of the 30-day return window:

  • Earrings that have been worn (due to hygiene and safety reasons)

  • Items purchased with a gift card

  • Final-sale, clearance, or marked non-returnable items

  • Individual items from a bundled set (must be returned as a complete set)

  • Customized or personalized items, unless defective

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations not caused by Silvbreeze

These exclusions ensure product hygiene, safety, and fairness for all customers.

🛡 2-Year No-Tarnish Warranty

All Silvbreeze jewelry is covered by a 2-Year No-Tarnish Warranty.
If your piece shows visible tarnishing within 24 months under normal use, we will repair or replace it at no cost, provided it meets the return conditions above.

💌 How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin your return or exchange, please visit our Returns Portal or contact Customer Care at:

Please do not ship your return without receiving the confirmed return address from our team.
The return address will be provided once your return request is approved.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

💳 Refund Processing

Refunds are usually processed within 10–15 business days after your return is approved.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

For clarity, 15 business days is approximately 21 calendar days.
Please allow extra time during public holidays or peak seasons, as processing times may be slightly delayed.

🌍 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Orders delivered to the European Union are entitled to a 14-day cancellation period, applicable for any reason.
Items must remain unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
